What to check before paying

  • Monthly plans renew monthly. The portal says cancellation is available before the next billing cycle.
  • Read the current cancellation, rescheduling and unused-session rules before checkout.
  • Confirm your therapist’s eligibility to work with you in your current country.
  • Confirm whether your chosen service, such as couples or family work, uses these packages or a separate quotation.
